    Below is the link for strengthening the vital posterior tibial tendon. Even if you use others to help in this regards, like local athletic trainors or physical therapists, you must be familiar with the exercises since you patients will do them incorrectly all the time. They forget what the therapist or trainor said, or just taught incorrectly by the PT aide who never was really taught the difference between the anterior tibial and the posterior tibial. Getting this right is crucial in all flat foot cases, surgical or not, and all cases of posterior tibial symptoms with over pronation.
