Years ago, I made my living selling copy machines. I was very very good at it. My secret?
I reached out to prospective customers with often funny, business greeting cards asking for a few minutes, thanking them for their time, or wishing them a happy birthday. This was via snail mail, before e-Greeting cards became popular.
Such an unexpected communication, by email or post, that is respectful, filled with gratitude and asking for nothing, is powerful.
It was such a game changer for me that I started a company, IntroKnocks™, to help others succeed. Today, I’ve applied what I learned there to helping Podiatrists.
What did I learn?
Paired with regular patient education, unexpected communications with active and inactive patients, at the top of patients’ minds.
