The first thing to get started is to request a HIPAA compliant application form in order to open a medical account. Upon completion of the application, you will receive an email with a Business Associate Agreement, again for HIPAA compliance, and a credit card authorization form. Autopay with a credit card is encouraged for at least the first three months of the agreement, then is optional beyond that. Fran will be more than happy to explain further. Large groups such as hospitals and multi office corporations can also set up a purchase order system with Fran.
Next, a pricing agreement, and a client form can be created in which additional providers and office locations can be added. Fran, and others on the team at KevinRootMedical are readily available to discuss this process and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to smooth sailing!
